While seeking out your next home, we will assist you in making decisions about your current home to ensure we are ready to list quickly once you have secured your next property. Knowing whether it is a market to buy first or sell first is something we guide our clients on every day. We will confidently guide you based on the current and relevant market conditions at hand. 

Downsize With Ease

Selling a long-held family home is rarely an easy decision. A large portion of our business is working with ‘downsizers’, transitioning from treasured family homes to condominiums or smaller, more manageable properties. We take the time to really listen to the features you require in your next property and will guide you through various options to consider moving forward.

While reviewing options to purchase or lease in the future, we initiate tasks within your existing home to get us closer to the point of listing. Often times the long-held family homes will have a considerable amount of keepsakes to distribute. We will help in determining how much should stay or go in order to optimally present your home to the market. We have wonderful trades on call to assist with all of our preparations. They can engage with as much or as little as our clients prefer, assisting with packing, purging, donating or distributing personal effects, as well as painting or upgrading items in the home.
